Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you join the Sweet List by texting SWEET to (888) 610-2080, we store your mobile number and the date you joined, for the sole purpose of sending you the promotional messages you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share that number with anyone for marketing purposes. We use Twilio as our messaging provider solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately, or HELP for help. Message frequency is approximately 1 message per week. Message and data rates may apply.

What we collect

Sweet List: your mobile number and the date you opted in, plus a first name and email address if you choose to add them. Both are optional and neither is required to receive messages.
Quote and catering forms: the name, phone number or email address, event details, and any notes you choose to provide.
Email list: your email address, if you submit it.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To send the Sweet List messages you asked to receive.
To respond to your quote, catering, or general inquiry.
To keep records of consent, as required for our text message program.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Sweet List numbers are kept until you opt out, after which the number is removed from our sending list. Quote and inquiry records are kept as long as needed to serve you and for ordinary business recordkeeping.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to leave the Sweet List.
Email or call us to ask what we have on file, or to ask us to delete it.

Children

This website and the Sweet List are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
